A prestigious partnership with the TIBA - The International Butler Academy

Second week of March students attended lessons held by Mr Melchior Van Der Meulen, a professional Butler, certified as butling trainer. At the TIBA he teaches Butling, Etiquette and Protocol.

Service is the unique opportunity to make a difference to a Guest’s life! The true purpose of service is not the delivery of a “product”, tangible or intangible. If a manager can anticipate a guest need, he will not have to solve a problem.

Mr Van Der Meulen taught a professional attitude, how to develop eye for detail, sense for personalized service and creativity.
