A prestigious partnenship with the TIBA - the International Butler Academy.

First week of April students were trained by Ineke van de Laak internationally certified as a hospitality and management trainer. At the International Butler Academy she teaches Butling, Etiquette and Protocol. 
Service is the unique opportunity to make a difference to a Guest’s life! The true purpose of service is not the delivery of a “product”, tangible or intangible. If a manager can anticipate a guest need, he will not have to solve a problem and in doing so he will save himself a great deal of stress, time and energy.  

Madame Ineke van de Laak taught a professional attitude, how to develop eye for detail, sense for personalized service and creativity.
