Area Food: restaurant manager, assistant chef, maître, sales assistant or food company advisor. Area HORECA e GDO: F&B assistant in the HORECA sector, head of department GDO, manager and advisor in the HORECA and GDO sector. Area management in the food chain: sales and marketing advisor in the food chain, food and wine guide, assistant marketing manager, sales assistant, food and wine event planner, professional at companies specialised in the food sector, enterpreneur in the production/supply chain, consultant for start-ups.
320 lectures and labs. The Food and Wine Operations module’s goal is to provide specialisation in the beverage sector.
The Food and Wine General Management module aims at teaching managerial skills to work as professionals in the Food and Wine chain as well as in the F&B Business.
Along with 40 hours of project work, the Master includes 60 hours dedicated to practice exercises, plus 80 hours training at the Forte Village Resort, a 5 stars accommodation made of 9 luxury hotels and 20 restaurants, some of which are Michelin-starred.
The duration of the internship will be of 1000 hours and will be held at some of the national most important food and wine companies.
